1. Financial Details and Status: You undertake to ensure that details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products are correct. You also warrant that the credit or debit card used in respect of such orders is your own and that you have sufficient credit or funds available to cover the total cost of each order. You acknowledge that Radiantglow Botanical is however entitled to refuse for any reason any order placed by you.

Intellectual Property Rights: The copyright in each individual element of the website including without limitation any text, graphics and photographs; the design, selection and arrangement of the website, the software and source codes and any other material on or related to the website is the property of Radiantglow Botanical, its content and/or technology providers or its suppliers. All rights in such elements of the website are reserved to the relevant copyright owners. Visitors to the website may make for their own personal use electronic and/or printed copies of sections of the website solely for the purpose of ordering products from Radiantglow Botanical. Any other reproduction, modification, republication, transmission or distribution of any part of the website is prohibited. " Radiantglow Botanical " is a registered trade mark.

4a. Postage & Packaging: Postage to Mainland UK and Republic of Ireland addresses are charge as specified on our website and in our Television advertisement. All orders, unless specified, will be shipped via special courier service.

4b. The Buyer is responsible for customs, duties, etc if applicable at destination of goods. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery to European countries and 28 days to all other countries.
 
4c. We will not deliver to P.O. boxes, only to a physical street addresses. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air delivery services are available at additional costs. Rates for this service are determined by weight and destination. Please call for price quote .

5. Force Majeure: Radiantglow Cosmetics Ltd will not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of products ordered or any damage to such goods where such failure, delay or damage is caused by an event beyond Radiantglow Botanical 's control.

6. Enforceability: If any part of these General Terms is at any time deemed unenforceable the enforceability of any other part shall not be affected.

7. Entire Agreement: These General Terms supersede all prior agreements or arrangements between you and Radiantglow Botanical and constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiantglow Botanical.

8. Governing Law: The contract of sale for any Radiantglow Botanical's product will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, the courts of which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes which may arise therefrom.

10a. 30-day money-back guarantee.
Our products are backed by 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about our products, simply return it within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the return instructions. We also recommend that you obtain proof of delivery.

10b. You should allow up to 30 days from receipt of your returned goods at our Customer Operations Centre for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for meeting the cost of return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Cancelling your order
If you wish to use your statutory right to cancel your order for a refund, you must tell us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the item and you must return the goods to us.
